As a real estate professional with Michael Saunders & Company, Cynthia specializes in luxury residences, waterfront properties, and distinctive homes throughout St. Petersburg and the Gulf Coast — from Old Northeast to Beach Drive and the city's island communities. She's known for a "white glove" approach: careful listening, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Before real estate, Cynthia built a career in insurance, where she learned the value of trust and guiding clients through major financial decisions — experience that still shapes how she handles complex transactions today. She holds a Gold Key Certification, reflecting her commitment to excellence.

Originally from Chicago, Cynthia now calls St. Petersburg home. She and her husband, Chuck, recently celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary and live at Water Club on Snell Isle, just minutes from two of their three children. Family remains central to everything she does.

An active tennis player, Cynthia is a member of The Vinoy, where she enjoys the courts and the club's social scene. She also loves cooking, visiting local museums, especially the Salvador Dalí Museum, and exploring the coffee shops and restaurants along Central Avenue and Beach Drive — embracing the walkable, culture-rich Suncoast lifestyle.

Cynthia and Chuck are committed to giving back, supporting organizations including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's, and St. Raphael Catholic Church.
